Laurent Monod

Founder & Managing Partner, Wealth Strategy

Laurent Monod is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, family offices and financial institutions across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. With over 25 years of international experience in banking, wealth management, and private markets, he has held senior relationship manager positions at UBS, Union Bancaire Privée, and HSBC Private Bank.

He is the founder of Wealth Strategy, an Independent Partner Family Office based in Zug, Switzerland. As a full Family Office-As-A-Service (FOAS) platform, Wealth Strategy delivers fractional Family Office services enhanced by proprietary diagnostic methodology and deep and management structuring expertise.

Laurent is a founding partner of Corecam Family Office Ltd, an FSRA-regulated fund management company in Abu Dhabi (ADGM). Corecam is a top-tier manager of liquid multi-asset global portfolios with a strong performance track record. He previously established Corecam AG, a FINMA-regulated asset manager in Zurich, where he served over 8 years on the Executive Committee, led the firm’s global digital transformation, and build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and investors across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He is also a shareholder-director of a Singapore-regulated Variable Capital Company (VCC), an umbrella fund platform focused on high-growth technology investments in partnership with leading strategic investors. In addition, he is an advisor to several VCCs and sub-funds active in direct investments into Private Debt, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Infrastructure.

Laurent is a partner at Rock Lake Advisors, a premier independent private placement, capital advisory and business development platform. In this role, he contributes to capital formation mandates and supports cross-border investor relationships. He has a long-standing experience in private markets and co-investments as a representative of Select Alternative Investments, a direct investment platform for Family Offices and HNWIs.

Laurent holds an Executive MBA in Global Management (with distinction) from Thunderbird (Arizona State University), a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva and a Wealth Management Diploma from UBS. He speaks French (native), English, Russian, and German fluently.
